• If a technical error in any game is clearly established, LuckyWheel reserves the right to void that round.
• Syndicate or group betting, match manipulation, and the use of software to gain an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited.
• For Sports Betting, the odds at the time the bet is placed are considered final, regardless of any subsequent changes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the LuckyWheel platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or simultaneously using multiple accounts.
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse without meeting the bonus requirements.
• Operating games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Accessing or using another person's account without their permission.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Intentionally exploiting any game vulnerability or glitch.
• Attempting to hack any platform system or sending malicious software.

LuckyWheel may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to provide documents requested for identity verification.
• If the account has had no activity for an extended period (24 months).
• In accordance with regulatory authority guidelines.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closure. Balances on closed accounts that are unclaimed within 90 days may be forfeited.
